ABOUT MY JOINT ID CARD, INC.

MY JOINT-ID-CARD is an incorporated company located just outside of Atlanta, GA.

We manufacturer and distribute custom made implant Alert, patient identification cards. Our  focus is on hip replacement and knee replacement surgeries. However, we also make cards for most orthopedic joint replacements including Pacemaker/defibrillator  implant surgeries. We specialize in selling directly to the patients.

We also make special order and custom implant alert id cards with your actual x-ray, In Foreign Languages and/or general Handicap cards.

 OUR HISTORY: MY JOINT-ID-CARD was founded to accommodate the many patient requests for replacement ID cards to describe their hip replacement or knee replacement surgery.

Typically, a Medical ID cards for joint replacement patients is only available from the Doctor who performed the surgery. The manufacturer of the prosthesis may supply a basic card to the Doctors or the Doctors may recommend or make up their own card.

Since September 11, 2001, with the increased emphasis on airport security, the number of requests from individuals has increased significantly. My Joint Id card, Inc was established to meet direct fulfillment to patient needs.  

After about a year in business we started to get requests for spinal, foot, Tibia, shoulder and ankle cards. More recently for defibrillators and Pacemakers.

MY JOINT-ID-CARD is, to our knowledge, the only company which sells personalized replacement cards with x-ray photos directly to the patient
